I'd go with Raine... The roots of Paige having boy in the meaning would give me an aversion to using it, despite the fact that Paige itself otherwise sounds nice. To me Raine is a real name and Rain would be a hippy-sounding word name. Page just looks silly as a name. However, Raine is a little bit nicknamey to me and I tend to think of it as a nn for Lorraine, but it can kinda stand on its own.
