I don't really like it. It has a horrible sound, super nasally. Practically hurts my sinuses to say it. Like ranch. Just not a good word.
Blanchette isn't so bad because I don't do the nch together. I'd say Blan-CHET. That takes away the major nasaliness. Not sure how I feel about it as a name though. All it makes me think of is Cate Blanchett.
