Bože and Božo are usually short for Božidar (Bozidar).
God is 'Bog' in Croatian and in some cases (as in grammatical case -nominative, dative, accusative, etc.) the G changes into Ž.

Oh ok.
I think I got a bit confused because of this song: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j2z6xOMQUuE

Sorry, maybe I didn't explain properly. Bože is the vocative form of Bog, but it's not used as such as a name (as a name it's short from Božidar). You wouldn't use an inflected noun as a name and the stress is a bit different.

I really like Adrian and Florian. Florian would unfortunately seem too feminine to most people where I live, but I like it nonetheless. I also like:
Ivana
Milan
Marino
Marko
Damir
Noel
Mira - Love it.
