Most common meaning given (in English and Spanish anyway) seems to be 'sweet like honey'. No idea if this is accurate.Amancaya: apparently "The word 'amancaya' is the native Indian name of a flower of the Andes' - spotted on a site selling Argentinian wine, sounds plausible.
