I love this name! I first heard of it because of the actress Della Reese, when she was in the show "Touched by an angel", which I watched as a child. I've loved it ever since then. I don't think it quite has the same feel as Bella, but it's similar in feel to Ella imo. I don't see it getting popular here in Australia at all. I think most parents will find it too old fashioned.
