I pronounce it yo-HAH-nah because I don't think of it as an English name.
However, I would assume an American Johanna's name was pronounced jo-HAN-ə (Jo + Hannah), because all the American Johanna/Johannahs I have known (or known of) pronounced it that way. The name Johanna (with Johannah being a variant) is somewhat popular in the conservative Christian homeschooling community, which is why the Duggars used it.
