When someone enunciates, then I hear No-ELLE, but otherwise, I hear No-well. Thanks! I've heard that pronunciation of Ephraim, and I've only ever heard Ciara pronounced this way. Loo-see-ah looks fine to me, but the way it rolls of my tongue feels strange. Thanks!
