It's too cute for life. Little Fifi, is what it sounds like.
But it is pretty namey. Lillephe, maybe? Looks less childish and more intriguing. Still probably a cat-name, though.

Lillephe looks pretty, but I would assume it was a creative version of Lillith if I saw it.
Hah, I used to call my sister (Felicia) Lil' Fifi on a leash. She didn't appreciate it. Thank God I grew up.
