I have the same problem about liking Enzo but not any of the full forms. Have you considered Anzo?

Fwiw this site has Enzo listed as it's own name that just happens to also coincide as a nn for Lorenzo. As Enzo could be related to Anzo, or Heinz

Eta: nevermind I see you've figured that out. I was surprised myself upon finding that out recently, at the same time I discovered Anzo
