I always liked Carly/Carli/Karlee, but I'd rather just see it on its own and not a nn. I don't like the name Caroline, and Caroline is such an aggressively elite kind of name that using Carli as a nn seems a bit self-conscious. Kind of like buying a $500 Little Black Dress and then wearing a $5 rhinestone choker with it.
