All the ones I've known have said "A-LEE-Sha. I like Alicia well enough. It's way better than the glum Alice, not as soft as Alyssa, and not as down-to-earth as Allison.
If I was going to rank the names, I would have Alice off the list entirely because I hate the name. It would be Allison, followed closely by Alyssa, and then ALicia a little ways back.
