Belcalis is a submitted name on here, and it says it means good in Dominican. I personally think that's false, because it's a made up name.

I hate Cardi B as well and Bell-Cuh-Lees sounds weird but better then Bell-Call-Is.

Dominican isn't a language. People in the Dominican Republic speak Spanish.

BtN lists usages for names, not necessarily origins.
For most names the usage and origin are the same, but there are exceptions.
