Recently I posted a poll about my name and found that most liked my first name but hardly anyone liked my middle name (Nadette/nuh-det) and I was actually pretty surprised about that, so I wanted to hear people's honest opinions about what they don't like about it. I've thought of Nadette as a diminutive of Bernadette but truthfully I don't know where it originates exactly.

Please respond politely, not just because it is my name but because I've seen some rather rude responses that in my opinion were unwarranted in this forum.
