Does anyone know what Timfrey--a relatively "odd" or uncommon name--means? Sincere thanks for any insight you can offer.

It sounds to me like a mixing-together of Timothy or Timon and a name ending in 'frey': Geoffrey / Jeffrey, Godfrey, or even Humphrey at a stretch.
