I don't understand how you could think that a name that entered the top ten 47 years ago, and left the top ten 32 years ago, meaning there are about ten gazillion women named Heather who are alive and walking around (okay I'm not really doing the math but I personally know no fewer than six women named Heather) is deserving of a comeback.
I know that there is a slim chance that it will come back anytime soon not come back but it seems fitting that it was popular now if it had not been so overwhelmingly popular in the past.
