Any and all comments, impressions, ratings etc. appreciated. How "usable" is it?And if you feel so inclined...what middle name would you pair with it?Thanks :)

I would rate Vespera’s usability a 7/10. The name isn’t bad and it gives me a whimsical, interesting vibe. Even though it sound like it should be the name of a medication. Vespers needs to go with something equally like that.Vespera Avalon
Vespera Celestine
Vespera Heather
Vespera Cosima
Vespera Iris
Vespera Selene
Vespera Raven
Vespera Fay
Vespera Lilac
Vespera Daphne
Vespera Artemis
Vespera Nyx
Vespera Lilith
Vespera Kali
Vespera Devi

Much better than Vesper, which briefly sparked my interest lately but quickly lost it (it, understandably, reminds me of vests. Or a person wearing a vest. Also the ending part of Sylvester. Vests. I hate vests).Vespera, though, I think is beautiful.

I like it. It's a wispy purple name to me, like sky at dusk or wisteria (other names I'd put in this group are Lilac, Merope, Ursula, Lavinia). Also, it's kind of like Vera but more elaborate or whimsical, with a vibe similar to Verona though vaguely religious seeming rather than geographical like that....and I think of it as basically the feminine version of Vespasian, which would be one of my favorite names if not for the urinal connection (which is not an issue with Vespera)...Vespera Lucinda
Vespera Linda
Vespera Melinda
Vespera Geneva
Vespera Clementina
Vespera Maristela
Vespera Laetitia
Vespera Brigitta
Vespera Tiffany
Vespera Nohemi
Vespera DunyaI think it could go with lots of names, those are just some I've been thinking of recently. I wouldn't pair it with a R name or a V name and probably not a F, S, W name either.

Vespera Nohemi is intriguing. Vespera Melinda and Vespera Laetitia have witchy vibes. I think I prefer Vespera Clementine to Clementina. Vespera Lucinda is my favourite from the list. Thanks :)

I agree with your purple names! Vespera is definitely purple, as is Wisteria (kind of a gray-purple), Merope, Lavinia, and obviously Lilac (and Lavender!). Ursula too, though I also get green and blue vibes. India is also purple. So is Cora and Coralie. And Lorelei!Vespera Geneva is pretty. :)

It feels too made-up to me. It also doesn't sound nice, either. The last part, pera, is the Filipino word for "money," and it's pronounced similarly, too, so it sounds like "Ves-money" to me. It does look nice, though. I don't think it's that usable, as it sounds like the name of a character in a videogame or a Goddess, not an actual person.

I love Vesper and usually I love frilly versions of names but I don't think I like Vespera. The sharpness of Vesper is what I like about it and that extra 'a' at the end takes that away from it.

Honestly if somebody told me this was the name of a brand new Pokemon, I'd believe them I love the meaning "of the evening", but I can't get over how much it looks like it's a wasp-like Bug/Dark Type Pokemon name If Pokemon wasn't a thing, I'd think it sounds like some sort of indie clothing brand sold at a certain shop local to me therefore I cannot name

I prefer just Vesper, which has long been something of a GP of mine. Adding the a just seems to diminish it... or maybe brings it too close to Vespa? Vespera is still pretty, though, just doesn't have the same snap.
