I like Nina but it was really popular here so I wouldn't use it. It reminds me of Russia, snow, ballet dancers.
Janina is okay, I don't like it nearly as much and it feels 80s to me (it was popular here for a short time in the 80s and early 90s).
Janina nn Nina makes no sense to me as Nina is a perfectly good full name. I'd stick with Nina.
