I have a sister named Kristina, so naturally I associate the name with her. I'm not sure if I prefer it to Christina, but I know it isn't terrible by any means. I've also seen the name spelled as 'Krystyna' as a variant, and that is a definite eyesore IMO. I'm also fine with Krystal (pretty neutral towards it really), but do prefer Crystal.
