I love that you added a picture! They are beautiful and so unusual. Dicentra sounds like the name a Roman Goddess, it’s actually quite pretty.

I agree - it sounds like it belongs in Roman mythology.
The iris flower is a former favourite, and now I solely like it, but it's still better than other flowers and flower names.

I have a vase full of irises in front of me as I write this :) They remind me of the Vincent van Gogh painting (although mine are purple)
Lovely painting! This is the first time I see it. I'm used to Van Gogh's Sunflowers series.
