I pronouce Ava as "AA-vuh" and Eva as "EE-vuh" or "Eh-vuh".
I like Eva much more. Ava has an ugly harsh sound in my opinion, and it's exploded in popularity since Reese Witherspoon named her daughter Ava Elizabeth.
