I got what you were referring to for most of them (I think, like Lillian makes you think of Lillian that posts here frequently & her daughter's name is Scarlett), but for these I couldn't come up with any correlation.

Ch and G are pronounced the same in Dutch, so to me they sound a bit alike

I have no idea my self, I just always think of birds with Keturah, maybe it makes a nice name for a bird?

not only a sibset I know, but to me they also seem a bit outdated and biblical, so they are the same style to me

It just sounds like someone losing their balance and falling down (ok, I admit, I'm weird)
Vanessa - empty
the first part (Vane-) sounds like it means 'empty, hollow', I have no idea why..
Vashti - Rishna
I know a girl named Rishna, and this sounds to me like it could be her sister, they sound like the same style to me.
