Congratulations Quincy and Amira! You have adopted James Oliver! He is 11 1/2 months old and can't wait for his birthday. James has Down Syndrome, but is working with a therapist and doing great. We suggest you continue using the same therapist for him. James is a happy, loving little boy! We hope you enjoy him!
