Leonie is cute, but I prefer Leona.
I'd pronounce Leonie ley-OHN-ee, too. I've heard it pronounced LEE-ON-ee, like saying Leon really fast then adding an ee sound at the end. I do not care for this pronounciation.
Leonie Julianne is cute.
But, Leonie Julianna is more my style.
