Hindu scripture is the body of ancients texts that are revered in Hinduism.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- The four Vedas, composed between the 16th and 8th centuries BC
- The two epic poems the Ramayana and the Mahabharata, composed between the 7th century BC and 3rd century AD
- The Puranas, covering a vast range of topics, composed between the 3rd and 10th centuries AD
