This is the name of a village in Northern Mariana Islands the Satawalese Chief Aghurubw founded in the early 1800s after a typhoon devastated his homeland. This name came from a vine-like plant found on beaches in Satawal Island, Federated States of Micronesia and Saipan. This name may be also spelled as Arabal.
