This is the name of a former town in Okayama Prefecture in western Japan and a ward of Hiroshima City, also in western Japan.

The kanji used are 佐 (sa) meaning "assistant, help" and 伯 (haku, eki) meaning "chief, count, earl, uncle, Brazil."

Saeki is also used as a feminine given name and a surname (佐伯).
