[Opinions] Wdyt of Sasha....
as a nn for Alessandra? Being that nn's can be really anything, I think it's cute!
Also do you think Beth is too nn-ey to be a name in itself? (i.e. Alessandra Beth) thanks

I know someone with the nn Sasha who is actually named Alessandra... hmm I haven't talked to her in a longgg time... anyway I think that's perfectly fine. My cousin is named just simply beth too so that's also fine with me. Alessandra Beth isn't the best combo but it works
I only like Sasha as a name all itself. Also, for a girl only.
I think Sasha is a cute nn for Alessandra, and totally works. Nice to be different from all the Allies/Alexs. I hope she uses Alessandra at least half the time though - it's too beautiful a name to be lost to Sasha forever. =)
I prefer Sasha for a boy. I used to know the cutest little boy named Sasha. As a middle name I think Beth is ok, but I prefer Bethany, Bethan, or Elizabeth.
I love both Alessandra and Sasha
I personally would use Sacha (the French version), French is a bit closer to Italian than Russian!
I like both Elizabeth and Beth it just depends on the name
I.e. With 'trendy'names/long names - would use Beth
With traditional names/short names - would use Elizabeth
Sorry that's not much help!

It's okay, even though it is a little "cross cultural" between the name and nickname (Italian name with Russian nickname). Don't let that influence you too much, though. Mixing ethnicities is great as long as it is not too "clashy"!
As with most unisex names, I prefer Sasha on a boy, but since it is truly unisex, it is okay on a girl too.

I love Sasha, but prefer it as a nn for Alexandria.
