When I was in high school I was in a service club called "Keyettes" and our newsletter was called the Keyzette. Keyettes Gazette was too long, so we smooshed the two together. Perhaps since your newsletter is about nutrition, you could call it the "Foodzette"? Or "SnackFaxts"? Maybe "The Sustenance Newsletter"? Hope this helps, or at least gets your mind going with a few ideas.
