Hey Matthew,
"Deonna" is probably a spelling and pronunciation variant of "Deanna", which itself is a form of "Diana". Both of the latter two names are listed in Mike's name compendium on this site.
(Watch Nanaea demonstrate that "Deonna" was a Latvian salmon goddess or something. If so, I'll back her interpretation 100%, and you can forget the above educated guess.)
