I think it's very pretty--has a wonderful meaning. I probably wouldn't use it, though. If I did, I'd use it as a middle name.
I also really like Luz, which I think also makes a beautiful middle name. (I know an Erica Luz, which I think is lovely--even though I don't like Erica.)
