I want the initials S.M. because those were my mother's initials and she's now deceased. So if I end up having only boys then there is really no other way to honor her except with initials.

Edit: To add that I would only use those initials for ONE child. I don't want all my children to have the same intials. I honestly don't care much about initials from a purely naming sense, unless they spell something bad. I'm really not even someone who has to have first and middle names that flow great, honoring someone or using family names is more important in my opinion.
