[Opinions] Andora
What do you think of Andora for a girl? Do you prefer Andora or Andorra? Any middle name ideas?

I thought of Angorra, the wool :)

Well, I like Andorra for a girl much better than I like London or Paris. It actually sounds feminine, for once! If it's in honour of the place, I'd strongly recommend spelling it Andorra.
Andora, in Greek, could mean "man's gift" (from aner "man" (genitive andros "of a man") and doron "gift"). It's kind of a nice meaning, I think, and the name itself is also very pretty.
So, in summary, I like both Andora and Andorra. But I wouldn't consider them to be the same name.

It sounds pretty, and it's a lesser-known place, which would make it easier as a name than, say, China. (Of course, with China, you've also got to put up with people singing Iggy Pop/David Bowie songs at you all your life, so it's not just the name recognition factor that makes it less than desirable to me.)
If the fact that it's a place name doesn't bother you, I'd suggest a middle name that had two syllables, accented on the second syllable. Andora Colette comes to mind.
And I prefer Andora to Andorra; the former looks more like a name.

Andorra is a country, and, therefore, not a name to me. I don't care for it. Anyway, I suggest Andora Susan.
It's a principality...
It's like naming a kid Monaco or Luxembourg to me.
Apparently a lovely country.

I think it's a pretty name. I would stick with the spelling Andora. Andorra looks a little too busy to me. I also think that Annora (or Anora) is a pretty name. Same with Aurora, but I prefer Annora and Andora.
