My guess is something like the english word "lance" but replacing the _ce_ sound with an unvoiced _th_
so...the ASCII-IPA would be... /lanT/

Actually, the name starts with an uppercase i, not a lower case L. I would say ee-AWN-thay, but I believe the modern Greek pron. is YAWN-thay.
