Sorry, I was a bit unclear when I asked for the pronounciation ... There is a very common name Usha (derived from Ush, to burn, related to vas, to be bright; though there may have been a vas, to, euphemistically speaking, love, as well), meaning dawn (or, lover, though that meaning has not survived in modern languages). In rare words, the meaning is extended to mean any of the three sandhyas, or joining points: between night and morning, between morning and afternoon, and between afternoon and night.

I was wondering whether wherever you found Osha, it could be a dialectical variation of Usha... but I was running late, and it came out kind of funny, sorry.
