Uh, well, as much as I love (or, on a bad day, tolderate) my state, I think there are probably better place names to name your child after. But that's just me.
It actually reminds me of a character in a cheerleading movie called Sugar and Spice that I saw a few years back. For that reason, the name is feminine to me. Of course, there's always the band association. Like Miranda said, the name would need a distinct masculine or feminine middle name, just in case.
Mr Daniels: This is punishment, gentlemen, not party time.
Logan: Well, that would explain the absence of balloon animals.
