Would you say mi-LAY-nah or mi-LAH-nah ?

I feminized the name, Milan, to come to it, and I see it's in the database as a feminine form of Milan.

I would pronounce it Mee-LAH-nah. Simply b/c Milana is not an English name (and I don't think it is popular in USA or UK either). So I would use the non-English pronounciation.

In Croatia it's pronounced mi-lah-nah.

I would say mi-LAH-nah...

mi-LAY-nah would be closer to the name Milena.
