Love it, love it, love it.
I know some won't like it because they think it is too connected to Harry Potter. I like the fact that the series has brought names back to the attention of a new generation of name lovers.
I used to watch old movies growing up and two British actresses were named Hermione Gingold and Hermione Baddely. (sp?) That is where I first heard the name. Then as I grew older I learned about the Shakespeare character. I never thought Americans would know how to pronounce the name, let alone ever even see it in print. So I'm grateful HP for bringing it back.

You prompted me to look up the pronounciation and lo and behold, I was part of the mis-pronouncing masses. Now I know.
