Where are you getting your meanings for Welsh names from?
A while back you gave a meaning for Generys as well. I don't really study meaning, but I've not seen a meaning for the name in the endless philology I've had to read. :)
Eryl's not an uncommon name in Wales amongst the over 40 age group, but it has no origin in the dictionary - I think it's from a place name, but I'd need to check a gazetteer.

Usually I have a look in my books to search for meanings and origins, sometimes (if I can't find anything) I search the internet. But there are tons of unreliable information there (even in books sometimes but not as often!), so I'm not always sure if the meanings given are right or not...
