There are four combos. Each combo must be altered in one of four ways - by keeping the first name and changing the middle, by changing the first name and keeping the middle, by keeping the initials and changing both names, or by switching the names around. Each Keep/Change alteration can only be used once - in other words, you have to use all four so that each combo gets changed in a different way.
