I love Avril or Averil, but the "y" is just too forced imo (it's like spelling my name, Melissa with a "y"- eek!).

Alexandrine Cordelia is a mouthful, though I like Cordelia.

Avril is a bad name even when spelled correctly. If you misspell it, it makes it a hundred times worse! I love Alexandrine, and Cordelia flows very well with it. But Avril is too Avril Lavigne, and I find it VERY ugly anyway, especially if it's misspelled.

Avril's OK, but nms. I suppose it could be a nice alternative to April though. Averil (three syllables) has charm to me, but I'm not sure how I feel about it as an actual RL given name.

Avril Celeste and Alexandrine Cordelia both flow well enough, though the latter is far too long and "busy" with syllables for my tastes.

I like Avril but not Celeste. Although it does make me think of the singer. I dont like everil makes me think of Advil. Ans Avryl is too much. I also dont like Alexandrine Cordelia. Too much for a baby.

Avril Celeste. Too many people try to change a name by spelling it differently, which confuses too many people, imo.

I like Celeste and Cordelia, but I'm not so crazy about Avril (and definitely NOT Avryl) or Alexandrine. If I had to choose, Avril. I kind of like Averill, but for a boy. :b

I don't care for the name Avril (there is nothing feminine or pretty about it), but I only prefer this spelling. Avryl looks misspelled and trendy - adding the y does not change the name.
