[Opinions] Luca (for a boy)

First off, what do you think of the name? Like it, love it, hate it? I've been trying to come up with a few middle names for Luca. The only one I like right now is Luca Matteo. However, I like Matteo much better when paired with Yannis/Jannis. So, any ideas? I'm in need of some inspiration - once again. :)

I love it!I'd name a son that in a second. Luca Matteo is gorgeous! Stick with that, is my opinion.

I prefer Lucas Matteo. Luca is pretty good, and would be less common, but I just like Lucas more.Luca Jordan

I really like Lucas as well, but it's my cousin's name, so... it's already taken. :)

Only if you're Italian (like less than 4th generation) and have an Italian last name. It would be strange otherwise. I think it's alright, but it reminds me too much of Luca Brasi.I like Luca Giuseppe and Luca Francesco.

Agreed. I'm not Italian, and I really want to avoid giving my (hypothetical) child a name that people connect with Italy right away.

I love both Luca and Matteo and I honestly think they would make a better pair as brothers. I do like Matteo Jannis too!Awesome name choices :)

When I think about it, I like them better as brothers too. Both of them together as a combo are a bit too Italian sounding for me!

Yeah, that's exactly what I was thinking. I want to avoid this Italian sound since I am in no way Italian. hahaI like Luca Samuel and Luca James!
