Unfortunately I can't help right now. My Förstemann is back in Germany in some box, and the digital verson of Seibicke's HDV that I have starts with F, because before that Seibicke was using a typewriter. But I could email him, if you want me to. I have never heard of AROA or that Germanic root "ara."
