I would name a dd Niamh, dh would name her Aoife. I'd be the one to give in because I adore Aoife so much too.

I love the sound of Aoife. Dh loves the fact that in mythology she was a warrior princess. He loves the imagery.

Have you considered mns?

I have a sister called Niamh & If I ever had a girl I would consider naming Her Aoife then her middle name would be Niamh.

I agree, the story is great. It's what most attracts me to the name.
