Peter has really grown on me recently, although I tend to think of Peter Pan when I hear the name. It's traditional without being overused and I like the sophisticated feel of the name.
Slightly off topic, but I've always enjoyed Maguire nn Maggie for a girl but the lately I've been liking Tobias nn Tobey for a boy, a tad much don't you say?! DH is a major super hero fan, he also likes Grayson (as in Dick Grayson / Robin), Laine (Lois Lane), etc.

haha I love Tobias nn Toby [I have since I started liking Tobey Maguire as an actor which has been a few years or more]. :). I actually like the combo Peter Parker! LOL. I usually like Parker on a girl, but I think Peter Parker is so cute on a boy! I like Spider-Man he's my fave superhero, and I like spiders so it doesn't bother me. I do think it's a bit much no?
ETA: Infact I like Tobias Vincent as my Tobias combo which is Tobey Maguire's real name!
