of course, Arisu is the japanese variant of "Alice", but it can be used as a normal name in real life (spelled in Kanji, Hiragana or Katakana), eventhough it is a lot less popular than Arisa, which is the japanese variant of "Alisa". But there are a quite a few western names like this that have been imported, mostly those than can be easily spelled in Japanese (Karen, Karin, Rina, Rena, Nina, Kai, Marina, Mari, Maria, even Naomi). Most of the time the spelling doesn't even change, but for the others I think it can be useful to add them. Arisa even more than Arisu maybe, and for Naomi as well. :)I found these pages for example:
