Is Chenaiya some sort of kre8ive name for Shania? I know a girl with it. Sounds more like a disease to me, but what do you think?

If the girl you know pronounces it the same way as Shania, and if she was born after Shania Twain became famous around 1994, then it is probably a respelling of Shania. Otherwise it would have to have some different origin.

I think it probably is the kre8ive spelling. I don't like it.

No. Chenaiya is pronounced SHI-NAY-UH. Shania is pronounced SHI-NY-UH.

Probably, which is sad since Shania is basically a kre8ive name in the first place. :-/

I agree, what an awful way to spell it. I think it is disgusting,not creative.
