Sorry, I should have said because I'm Dutch-American, because I don't know prn. very well. As a guess, I'd pronounce it nee-ko-leht, no idea which syllable to emphasize.
ETA: I would assume the t is pronounced as in English, because the Dutch names I have encountered with t's prn. them (
Gerrit,
Griet, etc).
