I want two girls combos and two boys combos. I like old-fashioned names that aren't really mainstream (eg. Wilhelmina, Zelda, Helen, etc). I also like word names. I like surnames in middle name slots sometimes, but only on boys. I want two middle names, and one of the middle names should be a family name/form of a family name (in other words, you could use Giovanni for John, Helena for Helen, etc).
Some family names: Mary, Michele, Lisa, Louise, Helen, John, Joseph, Allan, Fern, Cora, Davis, Rebecca, Felicia
