To be quite frank,
Jorja looks like particularly illiterate misspelling a tryndee parent who desperately needed Hooked on Phonics would use. It's ugly physically and seems very down-market and trashy to me. Finally, I would be inclined to say it HOR-ha, like
Jorge.
If you want a different spelling of
Georgia, go with the legit Italian
Giorgia, which is said just like the English
Georgia (JOR-ja).
