Me too. I chose
Cecilia as my confirmation name ten years ago and I've loved it since then.
Cecilia Anne just doesn't flow well because of the As at the end of
Cecilia and at the beginning of
Anne.
Anne Cecilia flows very well, in my opinion. Not sure whether you wanted to use that as a mn, though.
Willow Cecilia makes an awesome combo. And
Willow Anne. I love, love, love
Willow.
Lillian Cecilia's fab, too!
Helen Cecilia's very pretty and classy sounding, IMO. Those are the ones I loved but here's a few more suggestions using the names you listed:
